Vanessa is the President of Mosaic People Development. Since founding Mosaic People Development in 2011, Vanessa has coached and developed thousands of leaders across the globe.
Vanessa is noted as an expert in her industry. She has published a book about leadership called Mastering Leadership: What it Takes to Lead in Today’s Fast Paced World. She has been quoted in The Globe and Mail and the National Post and is a regular contributor to CKNW Radio. Vanessa is a guest lecturer in the MBA program at Ted Rogers School of Management.
