Sarah is an award-winning bilingual audience engagement expert who is driven to create social change and inspire others to join a movement through marketing, branding and communication.

She holds a Master’s in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and has spent her career using technology to convey ideas and mobilize people to actualize those ideas.

For over a decade, Sarah has worked with senior leaders in the public and private sectors, helping them engage their key audiences and influence behaviour. In 2014, Sarah was named one of Canada’s Top 30 Under 30 marketing professionals by Marketing magazine.

After several years in the corporate sector, Sarah founded esbe Consulting Inc., a social impact audience engagement agency. esbe Consulting partners with organizations striving to make a positive social impact and helps them envision, strategize, brand and execute plans to empower their target audiences to make a difference.

Sarah has worked with organizations such as the Government of Ontario, Subway Restaurants, Trees for Life/Highway of Heroes, White Ribbon, Wilfrid Laurier University and others.
